Shipping Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through gutexpert.bg, operated by “Gut Expert” Ltd. Deliveries are made within Bulgaria via Speedy AD courier service.

2. COURIER SERVICE

All shipments are delivered via Speedy AD or other licensed courier partners when necessary. Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

• Bulgaria: 1–3 business days
• Remote areas: up to 4 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier workload, holidays, or force majeure circumstances.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on delivery address, courier rates, and order value. Free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly stated on the website when active.

5. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit card payments (Visa / Mastercard)
• Cash on delivery via Speedy (if enabled as an option)

All card payments are processed through a licensed payment provider. We do not store any card details.

6. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Customers receive an email confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

7. DELIVERY METHODS

• Delivery to home address
• Delivery to Speedy courier office

8. TRANSFER OF RISK

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the courier.

9. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. FAILED DELIVERY

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or inability to contact the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

11. DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at: hello@gutexpert.com

Photographic evidence may be required to process the claim.
