Return & Refund Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through gutexpert.bg, operated by “Gut Expert” Ltd.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
• The product must not show any signs of use
• The product must be in resalable condition

3. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food supplements for hygiene and health protection reasons.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact us at hello@gutexpert.com, including your order number and reason for return.

After approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product via courier.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where:

• the product is defective
• an incorrect item was delivered
• an item is missing from the order

6. REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within up to 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required to verify the issue.

8. DELAYED REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
