1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “Gut Expert” Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”) and any user of the website gutexpert.bg. By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. BUSINESS ACTIVITY

The website offers the online sale of food supplements:

• GutExpert® Advanced Probiotic Complex
• GutExpert® Lactase 20 000 ALU
• GutExpert® Multi Enzyme Complex
• GutExpert® Tributyrin Complex

3. PRODUCT NATURE

All products are food supplements and are not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not replace a varied and balanced diet.

4. PRICES

All prices are displayed in BGN or EUR, including VAT where applicable, and excluding delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The Merchant reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5. ORDERING

Orders are placed online via the website. By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a legally binding offer to purchase.

6. CONTRACT FORMATION

The purchase contract is considered concluded once the Customer receives an email confirmation from the Merchant confirming acceptance and processing of the order. An automated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

7. PAYMENT

• Card payment (Visa / Mastercard) via a licensed payment provider
• Cash on delivery via Speedy courier (if enabled)

The Merchant does not store any card payment data.

8. DELIVERY

Deliveries are performed via Speedy AD courier service to an address or office. Delivery time is 1–3 business days within Bulgaria, unless stock availability is affected.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the courier.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
• The product must not show any signs of use

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food supplements due to hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

10. COMPLAINTS / CLAIMS

Complaints are accepted in case of defective products, incorrect delivery, or missing items. The statutory warranty period is up to 2 years under EU consumer law.

A valid order number and evidence (photos in case of defects) are required.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Merchant is not liable for:

• improper use of products
• individual reactions to ingredients
• results varying between individuals

12. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

• phone number
• delivery address

Data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and accounting purposes. It may be shared only with Speedy courier and payment processors.

13. COOKIES

The website uses cookies for functionality, analytics, and marketing purposes. Users may manage or disable cookies through their browser settings.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is the property of “Gut Expert” Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, distribution, or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

15. CHANGES

The Merchant may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on the website.

16. DISPUTES

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Protection Commission or EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
